At Sylia, we understand that plans can change. Below are the conditions under which you may cancel your purchase:
Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sylia.be and include your order number.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a refund in accordance with our return policy (see “Returns & Refunds”).
Due to the nature of our skincare products, certain items cannot be cancelled or returned once shipped, unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
If you have subscribed to a recurring purchase option or subscription, you may cancel it at any time via your customer account or by contacting us at info@sylia.be. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
